Our Story
Application Controls LLC is a Southern Maryland based HVAC and building automation installation and maintenance company started in 2016. Our team has decades of experience in the industry and we are dedicated to providing high-quality services to our exclusive clients. We are a registered disabled veteran company, MD HVAC Contractor Licensed, Insured, and Bonded. We take pride in keeping close relationships with OEM partners and stride to maintain longevity with our customers. We provide building owners an organized, personal, and detail oriented approach.
Relationships
Application Controls services the Washington DC region and surrounding beltway. Our building automation team works as subcontractors (Ecosave and GC-S&C Mechanical) to install controllers, communication networks, or related BAS hardware. We've teamed up with Home Warranty Companies (Choice Home Warranty, Liberty Home Guard) and Commercial Maintenance Contractors (Ngage Services and Optec) to keep homes and hotels comfortable in the toughest months. If projects are large scale, schedules are tight, or the tasks are challenging, our partnerships with Telko Communication LLC and K.C. AC and Heating Corp. can provide skilled labor and additional resources to meet the project demands.
Experience
Apps Controls' team consists of two MD Master HVAC Mechanics, a Masters Degree Mechanical Engineer, a Masters Degree Electrical Engineer, a PMI Certified Project Manager, a Masters Degree Service Manager, a Journeyman Electrician, and 3 service technicians.
